Terms of Service

Effective date: 11/5/2026

These terms govern your use of www.flywheelconsulting.co and the tools on it (the "Site"), operated by Flywheel Consulting ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is for

The Site describes our consulting services and lets you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, book a meeting, and view proposals or project portals we share with you. Nothing on the Site is professional advice for your specific situation until we have agreed to work together.

2. Consulting engagements

Any paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or accepted proposal (the "Engagement Terms"). If these terms conflict with the Engagement Terms, the Engagement Terms control. Accepting a proposal through a link we send you is an agreement to that proposal's scope, price, and terms.

3. Booking meetings

When you book a meeting, please give accurate contact details. You can reschedule or cancel with the link in your confirmation. We may cancel or move a meeting if we need to and will tell you when we do. We may refuse or cancel bookings that appear automated, abusive, or made on someone else's behalf without their permission.

4. Communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. If you agree to receive text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out; consent is never a condition of purchase. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break or overload it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, submit other people's information without their permission, or use its forms to send spam or unlawful content.

6. Our content

The Site's text, graphics, and case studies belong to us or our licensors. You may view and share links to them; please don't republish them without permission. Client names and results appear with permission or in anonymised form, and past results don't guarantee future outcomes.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is" for general information. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise the Site will always be available or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100. This section does not limit liability under any Engagement Terms, which set their own limits, or liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Links to other sites

We may link to sites we don't control (for example, video or calendar services). We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed; continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sonoma County, California, unless your Engagement Terms say otherwise.
